Terra Academy will make every effort to not charge fees for students.  We will try to use fundraising and other alternative funding options to cover fees.  However, there may be situations where charging of fees cannot be avoided. When fees cannot be avoided, Terra Academy will charge fees in accordance with Utah State School Board Rule R277-407.  Policy 03-101
